  1. 01 Snow Crab Claws 2 min Warm through in a covered pan

  3. 03 Squid 3 min Flash-fry or grill hot and fast
  4. 04 Tiger Prawns 4 min Boil, grill or fry until the shells turn bright
  5. 05 Prawns 4 min Stir-fry, poach, or peel for a cold platter

  7. 07 Mussels 4 min Warm in their own liquor with a splash of stock

Good to know

Before it reaches your table

Clear answers about freshness, storage and cooking.

01 How is the seafood kept cold in transit?

Every 2 kg pack is chilled or frozen close to the source and packed to hold its temperature through the cold chain.

02 How should I store it at home?

Keep refrigerated at 0-4°C and cook within two days, or freeze on arrival. Thaw overnight in the fridge before cooking.

03 How do I cook prawns, squid and crab claws?

Cook prawns and squid hot and fast for 2-5 minutes. Steamed mussels and snow crab claws only need warming through. Each listing carries its own preparation notes.
